Teleopti, world-leading vendor of software for strategic workforce management and optimization of communication management, does it again – making it on the list of Europe’s top 100 workplaces in 2015. Based on its thirteenth consecutive-year survey, the Great Place to Work Institute announced Teleopti’s placement – No. 36, up from 49 the previous year – at an awards ceremony in Luxembourg yesterday.

"This is the second year we’ve participated in the survey and we’re very proud to once again figure among the 100 best small and medium-sized workplaces in Europe,” says Olle Düring, CEO of Teleopti. “Our last year's placement spurred us to do even better in the areas of credibility and fairness, and our efforts seem to have paid off. It’s an honor to be recognized by our employees as an organization that fosters creativity, trust and camaraderie.”

Companies on the “Best Workplaces in Europe” list are rated by their employees for having excellent policies and practices that support a culture of trust. The list – unique in its kind and breadth – recognizes and rewards those organizations that actively work to create an exemplary workplace culture. It also aims to inspire other organizations to start up similar developments. In Europe, More than 2,300 companies participated in national list studies in 19 countries where Great Place to Work is represented.

Since its establishment in 1992, Teleopti has maintained a focused and deliberate goal to create a strong and positive workplace environment. Its values – speed, commitment, closeness and professionalism – pervade the daily work and connect employees among its 15 offices worldwide, from Beijing to São Paolo.

“Our placement is gratifying, showing we’re among the top in best-workplace characteristics: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie, says Miska Suves, COO of Teleopti. “This also comes at a really good time as we’re in a strong expansion phase. It will boost our major ongoing recruitment efforts to attract and retain talented employees, like those we have onboard now.”

The company extends a positive work-culture beyond its own doors. “Employee satisfaction is the focus of our entire business," continues Suves. “We operate from a deep-seated belief that every individual makes a difference. That our customers’ employees are engaged and satisfied is what we build solutions for and push hard to facilitate.”

Teleopti’s WFM solution for planning, forecasting and scheduling has "lifestyle scheduling" as its motto, with functionalities that help contact-center staff achieve work-life balance. “Our customers use our solutions to engage and motivate their employees. This, in turn, enhances both the customer experience and profitability,” says Düring. “It’s a win-win for everybody.”
